CBI Group has been serving customers with recruitment solutions since 2001.  The business was founded by Chris Burkhard with a goal to establish a unique company that is an exceptional place to work and an environment where the focus is on the customer.  In our world, employees, partners and clients are all defined as customers!

 We have a simple purpose, to solve people problems.  CBI Group continues to innovate and advance our solutions.  The core of our business strength is our people combined with an entrepreneurial culture we call Outside-In^®.  We talk about Outside-In^® as an experience; to imply action.
