CBI Group Places in Philadelphia Business Journal's Best Places to Work Program
October 16, 2005

Philadelphia Business Journal has named CBI Group one of its Best
Places to Work in the Philadelphia region. The award recognizes the
company's achievements in creating a positive work environment that
attracts and retains employees through a combination of benefits,
working conditions and company culture.

The Delaware-based CBI Group was one of hundreds to enter, securing
its position on this prestigious list based on the strength of its
benefits and programs, as evaluated by its employees.

CBI Group is the original Outside-In® company. Our unique
corporate culture and business philosophy enable us to be easy to do
business with, customer-driven, and change makers in the Human
Resources industry. Every aspect of the Outside-In®
organization is driven by a deep understanding and respect for our
customers, which include external clients, vendors, and our internal
employees. This approach leads to greater morale and productivity,
motivating employees by the right reasons to move towards broad company
goals, said Chris Burkhard, President and Founder.

We entered the award program, said Sandy Scott, Marketing Associate,
because we think that our culture is unique in our Outside-In®
methodology and entrepreneurial spirit, and our employees clearly
recognize that. The company is very proud of its employees, and we're
proud to be a winner of this award.

The 15 winning companies are featured in a special supplement in the
Sept. 16 Philadelphia Business Journal and 45 finalists are ranked on a
list that will be published on Sept. 23. Winning companies and
finalists will be entitled to use the 2005 seal in advertising and
public relations outreach.

The awards program was launched in June by the Philadelphia Business
Journal through direct mailings, email and fax announcements, phone
calls and advertisements in the paper. The 2005 program was sponsored
by the Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission, Grant Thornton,
Littler Mendelson and SB 1 Federal Credit Union.

"The best places to work are companies that recognize employees as
their best asset, instrumental in maintaining the quality and
reputation for services and products" said Bernard Dagenais,
Philadelphia Business Journal editor. The right work environment can
create a powerful business advantage.

The Philadelphia Business Journal's research partner, Wichita,
Kan-based Quantum Market Research tabulated the results of thousands of
online surveys completed by employees to establish the rank order.
Common themes among top companies focused on work-life balance; respect
and caring for employees; recognition of accomplishments; feeling
empowered; good teamwork and commitment to community.

We work at being open and innovative, said Sandy Scott, and and
we're proud to be recognized by a respected publication for our
efforts, by being named one of the Philadelphia Business Journal's Best
Places to Work.
