Group Announces the hiring of Rich Kolodgie as Customer Relationship
Manager
Newark, Del., January 12, 2010 - CBI Group of Newark, DE., leaders in recruitment and HR consulting solutions, is pleased to announce that Rich J. Kolodgie has joined the company as Customer Relationship Manager. Rich will be responsible for enhancing customer relationships through continuing quality services to current customers and reaching out to new clients.
Rich brings 35 years of corporate experience including the last 15 years in entrepreneurial endeavors serving the HR community as CEO of Coaching Partners, Inc. (an executive coaching company), Director of Executive Development for Team Builders Plus (a training and development company) and senior training consultant for RC Taylor & Associates. His previous 20 years were with the DuPont Company in various management and professional positions.
He is greatly looking forward to bringing his vast experience in helping develop people to now assisting HR functions in crafting talent acquisition solutions and in improving their overall effectiveness. 2010 will be an excellent year to do this, as our economy rebounds from the recession, and companies focus their attention on recruiting new talent, retaining existing talent, and re-energizing and re-focusing their workforces.

Rich holds an MBA from Temple University and a bachelor’s from Bucknell University. He is very active in the Society for Human Resources Management, Vistage and the Caesar Rodney Rotary of Wilmington, DE. Having served as past president and chair of corporate fundraising to build the Can Do Playground, a first of its kind playground for handicapped and disabled children in Wilmington, DE. He is a devoted husband and proud Dad to two children.
