Career Transition Services

CBI Group provides career coaching, outplacement and resume construction services through an alliance partnership with Barton Career Advisors, LLC.  Career coaching is a highly collaborative engagement between an individual professional and the assigned career coach.  The business and individual needs of the coaching or outplacement engagement dictate the services delivered.  Our career coaching and outplacement methodology is delivered through a robust web-based career transition management system, CoachOnetoOne™. Unlike typical corporate outplacement, the strength of our approach is in its flexibility and ability to respond to the unique needs of individual clients of all levels.  By providing superior tailored client partnerships at an affordable price, our outplacement program fits within a range of engagement sizes and budgets. Because our career coaching and outplacement programs are designed to meet your business unique needs we offer three flexible options:

CoachOnetoOne™ Subscription: Clients receive a minimum 90-day subscription to our web-based career transition software to approach their career search in a self-paced mode.  A low monthly subscription fee is applied per client.  Optional service offerings can be purchased directly by the client, creating a cost sharing effect and reducing up-front costs.  

Search Material Construction:  We meet the immediate needs of client transition by working directly with displaced clients on the construction of key search materials (Resume, Cover Letter, Executive Bio etc.) 

Full solution outplacement/career coaching: Individual professional client receives services on a fixed term in 30-day increments and is assigned to a career coach for weekly one to one meetings.  Clients receive “high touch” coaching through all phases of the CoachOnetoOne™ career transition process (Assessment, Search Material Creation, Skill/Knowledge Development, Marketing Approach & Active Job Search).
