Contingency Search:  Low risk for you; higher risk for CBI Group.  Fees would be due upon success and are a negotiated percentage of annual compensation of the hired employee.
 
Retained Search: Shared risk.  CBI Group reduces its cost of doing business by being guaranteed the search engagement. CBI Group offers a slightly reduced fee amount and we pass that cost savings back to the customer.
 
Flat Fee approach:  All professional services work can be scoped effectively into a project work plan. CBI Group evaluates selected business criteria: compensation, supply/demand of workforce, degree of difficulty, hiring process, etc. to determine our approach to your hiring needs.  This is less of a sales agent model, geared towards volume hiring situations or where partnering is required.
